Nexweave vs Hyperise comparison
Nexweave launched on AppSumo in June 2021, so it’s a relatively newcomer to the personalisation market, when compared to Hyperise which launched May 2019.
Nexweave offers image, video and website personalisation, similarly to Hyperise, but to a lesser polished product perspective, as you would expect for such a juvenile product (and as Hyperise was in its first year or so).
To truly compare the two products, let’s breakdown into the core components.
Image Personalisation
The key to image personalisation is being able to use a wide variety of personalisation options within your image, to be able to make the best purposeful image, to convey your purpose or CTA.
A key differentiator between the two products is data enrichment, this means Hyperise is able to enrich business emails and website domains to get lots of additional data, giving much better results and personalization options.
Additionally Hyperise has 9 different image personalisation options, compared to Nexweave’s 6, as detailed below in the comparison table.
Personalisation Option | Nexweave | Hyperise |
---|---|---|
Dynamic Text | 1 variable default, additional variables have to be created and data imported. | 20 variables default, including first/last name, business name, website, revenue etc, all of which are enriched from a user’s email. |
Images | Both can add dynamic images | |
Shapes | 40 shape options | 36 shape options |
Business Logo | Both can add dynamic images | |
Website Screenshots | No option | Website Screenshot from any URL |
Maps | No option | Show dynamic map based on user location, or prospect data. |
App Screenshots | No option | App Screenshot from AppStore URL |
Profile Picture | No option | Enriches business email to get profile picture where available. |
QR Code | Both can create dynamic QR codes | |
Bar Code | Can create dynamic Bar code | No option |
Personalisation and data options aside, it’s obviously a personal choice when it comes to UI/UX.
The Nexweave interface is still in its first iteration, so still bares all the marks of an MVP, with more of a functional approach to the design.
The Hyperise interface delivers a clear and clean experience, having benefited from an iterative improvement on the launch design and then taking a holistic redesign to maintain a unified and consistent user experience.
Video Personalisation
Similarly to Image personalisation, the video personalisation product from Hyperise benefits from the same additional data enrichment and personalisation options over Nexweave.

Website Personalisation
Both Hyperise and Nexweave provide the capability to add personalisation layers to your existing website pages, using a Chrome extension.
However Hyperise offers the capability to create different personalisation segments on your website pages. For example being able to define a segment based on the visitors business category or job title.
Using the vast array of segmentation options gives significantly more freedom to create personalisation not just on firmographic and demographic data, but also on visitor behaviour and source.
Unlike Nexweave, Hyperise offers a Reverse IP lookup solution, enabling the identification of anonymous visitors. This enables the visitor to receive a personalised experience, but also in the ability to view these anonymous visitors and prospect them.
Integrations
Both platforms have a large selection of integrations, when it comes to email and CRM platforms, however Hyperise has a significant advantage when it comes to LinkedIn, with 10x the amount of native integrations with LinkedIn automation platforms.
Additionally Hyperise has native integrations with Zapier, Integromat, Pabbly Connect and Integrately.
Pricing
Both platforms provide a free option to get started with, Hyperise has a full functionality 14 day free trial and Nexweave provides a basic free account option.
Equally both platforms have a starter plan at $49 per month.
Hyperise used the paradigm of impressions to manage usage, whereas Nexweave uses credits, but the overall philosophy remains the same.
Conclusion
In conclusion both platforms provide the capability to personalise your emails and web pages, with dynamic content.
However, Hyperise provides considerably more versatility in all respects since it takes advantage of built-in data enrichment, allowing for a much wider range of customization choices.
This provides an unrivalled personalisation experience across all touchpoints that can be automated across both email, linkedin and the web.
