Guideline & Checklist
We do not accept all posts and with publishing on our blog, you transfer all rights of the content to Hyperise including the right to modify the post and change and remove links.
Typical posting times range from 2-4 weeks depending on the current backlog.
Checklist
- Your title is not in competition with our own blog posts (Check main menu and blog) You can write from a different angle on existing topics.
- Your article is original and not published anywhere else (now or in the future)
- Content must be at least 2000 words, but longer-form content is preferred (2500+ words).
- Add maximum 2 links to your blog/website, only to editorial content, no commercial/product/service pages
- Add backlinks to authoritative sources and back up your claims with the source link
- Check the blog to reflect the writing style/tone
- Researched and factual content, relevant and insightful provide facts, examples, and actionable tips, back up your claims with source links
- Format the headlines properly
Format -> Paragraphstyles in google doc. One H1, then H2, next hierarchical level H3, and so on - Please provide at least 4 supporting images at a minimum of 1024px wide. Every article must have supporting imagery or it won’t be posted. Images must be embedded in the document. Do not include any stock photos!

Name them BEFORE you insert them to google doc - Write keyword-optimized and SEO optimized. Add the main keyword in the first 100-150 words and also here and there, don’t overdo. 100% unique content, no copy-paste!
Use main and secondary keywords in the headlines - Add 2-3 links to my blog (internal linking) where possible
- Go for Readability Grade: 6-8 with Hemingway (use http://www.hemingwayapp.com/)
- Check Spelling and Grammar work with https://app.grammarly.com/!
- Add 2-3 sentences as author bio
- Share only as a google doc with embedded images (with correct filenames)
No Word documents or other formats accepted!
The Process
- Pitch 2-3 topics with keywords that have a search volume >300 and mid keyword difficulty (ahrefs). Send URLs of at least 3 other articles you’ve written with your pitch to guestposts@hyperise.com (Subject: Guest Post Pitch)

- Revisions: I will get back to you with revision requests.

- Publish: I will let you know when your article is scheduled to be published. Once it goes live, you will be contacted. I would love you to share your article on social media too.
