Question: What does Chatfuel do?

Question: How can I connect my bot to a Facebook Page?


Answer: Once you’ve built your Messenger chatbot, the next step is to set it live so that it can communicate with users. Here’s how: Go to the Grow tab in Chatfuel and find Facebook Pages under the section. Choose which page you want to connect your bot too then click Connect at bottom of screen where a list will appear on right side showing all pages associated with account chosen before clicking Disconnect if needed or connecting another page by following same steps as above!



Question: What are global attributes?


Answer: Global attributes are like the backbone of our users. They allow for default values, so that if people don’t set their own value then they’ll still have a way to get around! You can find global attributes in: Flows tab, Automate by clicking any flow’s More options icon (three dots) or the Configure tab. Go to the Configure Tab and scroll down till you see Global Attributes section



Question: What is a sequence?


Answer: The sequence is a follow-up chatbot message that will be sent to users the specified amount of time after their last interaction. For example, you can set up your own sequences so they’ll send one message an hour and another 23 hours later! Note: Facebook’s 24-hour messaging window does apply to this kind of thing.
