One major difference is the level of customization that each platform offers. Expandi allows users to create highly customized campaigns based on targeted criteria such as location, job title, company, and more. This allows users to fine-tune their outreach efforts and ensure that they are reaching the right people with the right message. In contrast, LinkedHelper offers fewer customization options for campaigns, which may make it less effective for users who want more control over their outreach strategies.

Another key difference is the pricing structure of the two platforms. LinkedHelper, on the other hand, charges a one-time fee of $899 for a lifetime license to use the platform. While this may seem like a good deal upfront, it may end up costing more in the long run for users who need ongoing support and updates.

Expandi.io vs LinkedHelper

Question: What is Expandi.io?

Answer: Generate 10x as many leads with the safest LinkedIn automation tool! ‘With our easy-to-use, safe automation tools you will never have to work again. All of your marketing campaigns are always on autopilot.’ Don’t worry about learning how to use social media or hiring someone expensive - we’ve got that covered for you.

Question: How do I set up A/B testing?

Answer: I always enjoy A/B testing because I get to see which campaign ended up working best. It’s such a great way of ensuring that you’re able to create the most effective messaging and content for your audience, by simply changing one thing at a time! For example, if you want an interesting tone in voice this week but still want some consistency with what was done last month - we can change only ONE word or phrasing item and compare who it resonates more with. A/B Testing is essentially creating multiple versions of the same campaign to see which one worked the best. First you’ll need to create a Campaign to use and complete the search you wish to use. In the search, select the ‘Assign all results’ tab, or you could select all users and then select the ‘Assign to Campaign’ tab. Next select the type of campaign you’d like to add these users to from the pop down. Once you click the ‘Add selected contacts to campaign’ button each user will be randomly assigned.

Question: How can I withdraw pending connection requests?

Answer: There are so many annoying things about being on LinkedIn. For example, you can’t un-invite someone to connect with them and it’s a huge pain in the butt! Luckily there is an easy way for those of us who want out: just go into My Requests (it’ll be under Connections) then select all pending invitations that you’d like to withdraw your invitation request from - click Revoke Selected Request once selected and voila! There will still plenty time left if change your mind before they get withdrawn.

Question: Can I Bulk Pause and Continue?

Answer: In a campaign, you now have the ability to bulk pause or continue. Within campaigns, users can set up sequences of messages with multiple options including reply templates and manual responses in their hands! Users are able to mass-pause or -continue these as they see fit from within Campaigns under the ‘People’ tab, selecting your choice by selecting which people will be included and clicking the ‘Filtered actions’ button. Once paused (or continued), however long that may last for them...you’re all done!

Question: Can I switch between profiles in Expandi?

Answer: Now you can switch between accounts like a boss! If you’re looking for how to change your account, I have the perfect article just for that. Follow these steps and you’ll be switching in no time... go to the top of the page next to our logo at Expandi where there is your name and company information in brackets - click on yours; this will open up an option menu with all of your active accounts from which you may select one by clicking it. Simple!

Question: Is it possible to transfer contacts between campaigns?

Answer: We’ve made it possible to transfer contacts between campaigns, meaning that once one campaign is complete you are still able to reach out and be in touch with these prospects using a different sequence. Click on the Campaigns menu then select whichever campaign you want to move over your contact from (this should be a Connector Campaign) and click ‘Transfer’ next to their name - when transferring, just make sure they’re moving into a Messenger Campaign and not back into a Connector. One thing worth noting: this option is only available for those who come through an app connector!

Question: Is it possible to use a template for a campaign?

Answer: The templates you have access to in the campaign settings are campaigns which were created by your peers. You can make a template when creating one of these by clicking ‘Template’ and not ‘Just me’. This setting cannot be changed at any time later on down the line, so choose wisely! What’s great about using this feature is that it will allow you to create better-looking posts without having a couple years’ worth of experience with photo editing software. Plus, if there’s anything wrong with how things look after making changes (or simply feeling like something needs tweaking), don’t worry, you’re able to edit or delete them whenever necessary as well!
