Click on the Campaigns menu then select whichever campaign you want to move over your contact from (this should be a Connector Campaign) and click ‘Transfer’ next to their name - when transferring, just make sure they’re moving into a Messenger Campaign and not back into a Connector. One thing worth noting: this option is only available for those who come through an app connector!
