Question: How do I create an email broadcast?


Answer: On your dashboard hover your mouse over the ‘Campaigns’ tab then click on the ‘Email Broadcasts’ button. Click on the ‘Create Broadcast’ button to start and name your broadcast. Set a subject line, choose if it will come from an email address or just plain text for sender information, set who needs to receive this message by choosing All Contacts or specifying a list of contacts or filtering based off different criteria. Once finished with that step hit ‘Next Step’ so you can get into what content goes in this campaign!



Question: How do I create an email sequence?


Answer: On the EngageBay dashboard, hover your mouse over ‘Campaign’ tab and choose ‘Sequences’. Click on the ‘create sequence’ button to create a sequence. Name your sequence then you can work on creating an email for that particular section of messages in the pre-determined order. You may format or personalize it as much as you like with different colors and graphics! Under ‘Settings’ tab, select from email and schedule when each sequence will be sent. You’ll also have a chance to exclude any contacts that meet certain criteria with ease. Once you’re satisfied with all settings, press save on the bottom right corner to make it happen! Just one more thing- if there are still other emails left for sequencing under same address (same name), then feel free to Add Email at the top.
