Question: What is Drip?

Question: What does the Time Inactive filter do?


Answer: The Time Inactive filter is a great way to find those disengaged people on your list who haven’t opened any of your emails for the last 30 days. To create this segment: Click People and select ‘Time Active >30 Days’ from the dropdown menu, then click Save Segment. Give that new segment an appropriate name such as ‘Disengaged’ and save.

This is where browse abandonment comes in: when someone looks at a product on your site multiple times, they’re giving you hints that this may be something they want to buy soon. Question: What is the Snapshot report?


Answer: The Snapshot reporting period is the first day to last of the previous month. You’ll receive your Snapshot email on the 5th day each month so revenue from emails sent at end of this time will be included in calculations that happen once you get it!



Question: How do I perform a people export?


Answer: To export a CSV file of people in your account: Go to People and use the filter button on the left side, or leave it blank if you want all profiles. Click Actions > Export To CSV and click Okay! You’ll receive an email with a link to download/save your exported data; this includes every contact’s name, email, company affiliation (if applicable), campaingn names, title, status, date created and updated, referrer, scores, values and ID.



Question: How do I connect Drip and Facebook Lead Ads?


Answer: You can now create your business account and connect the integration from within Drip by following these steps: Create a Facebook Business Account with admin access to manage leads for that company. Log into this account on an internet browser, navigate to Settings > Integrations > FB Lead Ads then click Authorize so you can connect the integration in Drip’s settings menu. Add Facebook as CRM when setting up new lead sources or login credentials in order for it have permission over those leads!
